Capybaras have shown an amazing capacity to forecast variations in the temperature and modify their behavior in response. Hour before storms strike, they exhibit different behavior, relocating to higher ground or looking for suitable cover. Their sensitivity to barometric pressure fluctuations and other environmental cues people might overlook seems to be connected to this capacity.
