7. Electronic Warfare Jamming

Through flooding of pertinent frequencies with interference signals, electronic warfare jamming systems disturb the communication links between drones and their controllers. Multiple communication protocols can be simultaneously targeted by these systems including GPS, command and control linkages, and video streams. Adaptive frequency hopping is used in advanced jamming systems to fight complex drones trying to withstand interference. The technology has developed to be more selective, enabling operators to keep vital connections while essentially neutralising drone threats.
